Recommendations

Nou Veau services may not be a part of your everyday experience. You may feel uneasy or shy about receiving your first service. For that reason we have put together a list of recommendations that should put you at ease and assist you in receiving the maximum benefits from your experience(s). After your first visit, we are quite confident that you will have no hesitations in the future.
To make the most of your Salon & Spa experience, please plan on arriving approximately 30 minutes prior to the beginning of your spa day. This will allow you time to check in, relax for a few moments, change clothes and familiarize yourself with our facility.

Choosing a Therapist

All of our therapists are professionals who have been specially trained to provide all services offered. Be sure to talk to your therapist. Tell the therapist about areas of your body that are injured, sore or tense. Mention any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart problems, headaches, varicose veins, recent surgery or any type of infectious disease (such as a cold, flu, or skin rash). It is important that you tell us before all services, as it may increase the health risk or discomfort you may receive.

What to Wear for Spa Sessions

For body treatments including massage, wraps and body scrubs, you will need no clothing except the robe and sandals provided for you. However, you may, if you choose, wear undergarments.
For all Hydrotherapy Body Treatments, swim wear is recommended. Our staff is trained to drape sheets discreetly over any area not involved in a treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.

Tipping, Children, and Valuables

Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates for package days do not include gratuities. Gratuities may be added to your credit card total; and if necessary, we will be happy to cash a personal check for tipping purposes.
Our spa is a place of relaxation and serenity for all of our clients. Children and infants can not accompany adults who are receiving treatments, and can not be left unattended while their parents receive services. Children 11 and above are certainly welcome if they have an appointment for services and are accompanied by an adult.
Please refrain from bringing any valuables to the Spa. We regret that we can not be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles, For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided. Also note, cell phones are not permitted in Spa “Quiet Zone.”

Returns and Services Guarantee

Nou Veau Salon & Day Spa Gift Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. The Gift Certificates EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. No Exceptions. Recipient must present the gift certificate at the time of redemption.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we ask that you return your product within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or Spa credit. We can not give cash refunds for returned merchandise, gift certificates or services, however we will be happy to assist you with an exchange.
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our service. If you are not, please let us know promptly.
