Reservations / Cancellations

RESERVATIONS: In order to reserve your appointment, a credit card number must be given. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to schedule Spa Packages. This allows us to schedule your packages at the times most convenient for you.

GROUP RESERVATIONS: For parties of four or more, our Spa Coordinator will ensure your event is success. Group packages include a 15% service fee. By special request, we can arrange refreshments or a light lunch for your party.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the time and cost to prepare for each guest, there is a 50% charge on any single service that is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment. When canceling or rescheduling a reservation, we require a minimum 48 hours notice for Spa or Group packages and a 24 hour notice for all other services. Reservations cancelled without proper notice will be billed 50% for each service reserved. No-Shows and Gift Certificate No-Show will be charged full value.
